Hi, I am new to kegging and would like to setup my keezer soon. Only thing is this, it's going to be in a small one with space for perhaps two cornies.

It may have been asked before, but do you need to refrigerate those bad boys during natural carbonation (using dextrose)?

Thanks!

you don't want to refrigerate it when using priming sugar to carb a keg. The yeast need to be at room temp in order to ferment that sugar. If you chill the keg, there won't be any carbonation and the sugar will just still be in the beer.

Warning:
If I (or anyone else) gives you advice on an priming a keg, you need to take it to a licensed electrician or two to have it looked over.
This stuff can kill you, and when it comes right down to it, I (and the other guys) are really just some dudes on the internet.
HAVE YOUR SACK CHECKED OUT. I have seem some TERRIBLE advice on here in the past few months. I may even be guilty of bad advice myself.

That said........ Pour 1 gallon of double sweetened Kool Aid into the keg to sanitize it, and then LEAVE it in there and rack in most or some of your beer.

Dump the rest of the beer out since that last bit holds all of the DEMONS......(see my blog) and place the keg in the freezer to carb up.

;)
