Trying to "mash" up (pun intended) an American wheat and a spiced pale, native american style. Using butternut and delicata squash, roasted anaheim chilis and sage near knockout (not listed in the recipe). Couldn't decide between 1056 and 1010 so I am doing one 5G carboy of each (10G total batch). What do you guys think about the malt and hop bill?
