Trying to "mash" up (pun intended) an American wheat and a spiced pale, native american style. Using butternut and delicata squash, roasted anaheim chilis and sage near knockout (not listed in the recipe). Couldn't decide between 1056 and 1010 so I am doing one 5G carboy of each (10G total batch). What do you guys think about the malt and hop bill?

This came out great... well so far at least. In addition to Delicata squash, peppers and sage I added two dried Habaneros and a 1/4oz of dried rose hips from the Mexican "fruiteria" around the corner. I didn't get much smoke or heat when I tasted the cooled wort but smelling the blow-off bucket, I am getting a HUGE spice aroma. The mash and sparge went really well, can't wait to taste the 2ndary transfer.
