a few weeks back i found myself with some time on my hands and an itch to brew. i also had a bunch of left over ingredients from prior brews that were crying out to be used. now i'm ready to bottle it, but i don' know what to call it. here's what i did:

• 3# extra light DME
• 1# crystal 10L
• ½ # Carapils
• 0.8oz Hallertau P 3.8%
• ¼ oz Strisselspalt P (3.2%)
• ½ oz Sterling P (5.3%)
• Wyeast 1056 American Ale

Steep grains at 150° for 30 min
60 min Hallertau
15 min Sterling
Dry hop with Strisselspalt

OG: 1.032 FG: 1.006

Any ideas?

Cheers.

Do you mean to ask what style it might be, or do you want a cool name? If the latter, "Summer Fizz" comes to mind - not that it's bland, fizzy barley pop! It's quaffable beer you brewed yourself. The recipe actually sounds delicious.

I was actually wondering what style it might be. But now that you mention it, Summer Fizz sounds pretty good.:D
