Church Key Brewing?

Speaking of keys...while it doesn't really relate to religion or anything (I assume that's the direction you're going), I like "Turnkey Brewing". Rolls off the tongue better than Church Key.

But don't take mine as the final word, as I'm a bit offput by religious-themed breweries. No offense personally, just my thing.

(semi-)interesting bit of trivia: Bottle openers are known as church keys from back in the days when the monks were making beer and wine. To keep the booze safe the bottle openers were kept with the keys to the church.



I like the sound of Church Key Brewing, too bad its been done. For the record, I like Iconoclast better.
