So I started some wine about 2 days ago and added the yeast. I waited and I cant see any bubbles but there is a thin layer of foam at the top. I am using frozen juice from concentrate I checked the ingredients and didn't see any preservatives. Why is this happening is the yeast dead and should I try to add more yeast?

No, everything is fine, wine fermentations can be quiet dull

Could also have a small air leak somewheres. I have two smaller buckets that leak air, hasn't been a problem yet.

put your ear to the side of the fermentor you should be able to hear the bubbles
