I made a mustang grape wine following a Keller recipe. I just racked and I noticed that the wine is very light in color, a very light pink. Is there a way to fix this? I was thinking of adding some store bought grape juice or concentrate.
Keller mentions that you'll get a light pink wine without as much flavor if you press right after the crush. Personally, I would not add anything to the wine at this point. If the flavor is disappointing after a couple more weeks, then I'd reconsider.
