Just brewed up a honey ale recipe from my local brew supply store. Recipe called for OG @ 1.063, actual was 1.069. I finished up with right at 5 gallons final after boil and followed the recipe right on as best I can tell. I am still new at all this, so should I just relax or is this far enough off to worry? I tend to worry about my beers.

Relax DWHAHB.

The difference is either due to incomplete mixing of the extract or a difference in volume (not quite 5 gallons). Either way it will make fine beer.

+1 if this was an extract recipe, chances are your OG measurement was incorrect. You'll be fine.
