My new false bottom

Several years ago, at a previous employer, we were cleaning out the maintenance shop of obsolete parts. I came across two, old, but never used, stainless strainers. I always looked out for scrap metal I could use for some project around the house.
A few minutes with the tin snips, quick trip to the home store for the fasteners, voila! False bottom. Not bad for $10.

10 gallon cooler. Current I have stainless braid, but I've noticed that it doesn't lay flat on the bottom of the cooler. Keeping the braid, but putting this just over it.
