Here Is My Parts/Materials List.

1-3/4"x4'x8' Malemine Board.
White Fast Cap Tape (To Finish Board Edges)
1/2 Sheet Vertical Formica for the Top.
4-Casters (Wheels) All Swivel.
Misc Screws.
15 ft Extension Cord Heavy Duty 14G I Believe
1-Switch Box
1-Switch
1-Dayton 1/2HP, 1/2" shaft Motor (3K772K) Got it From Grangers
1-1.5" Pulley for 1/2" Shaft Goes on Motor... Grangers
1-10" Pulley for 1/2" Shaft Goes on Mill... Grangers
1-Belt (3L4406) Grangers

The Biggest thing, and Most Important in my eyes because i learned the hard way is when Mounting the Mill Itself at least the MM3-2.0 is the Sides are not secures basically when you bolt it down that is what holds the mill and Rollers Together. If you do NOT mount the Mill Square and Straight the Rollers WILL rub and cause Feeding issues. Mine was about a 1/16-1/8" out and had me all screwed up had to take it all apart re align it and works great!

Second Hardest part of the Whole Project was getting the Tension right on the Belt and Motor/ Mill Placement. I mounted the Motor First and then the mill. Worked out fine for me and i honestly think this would be the easiest for most to do.

Best thing is to take your time and Don't rush it because more than likely it will Bite you in the ass in the end.

O, How Long did it take to Build? about 8 hrs. I do have access to a wood shop my family owns so made it really easy. I also understand most don't have the capabilities to laminate tops and Such. Ply Wood would work too. This is for my Home Brew Shop so I was Going for Looks Neatness and Eliminating Dust which I Accomplished All. I will be adding Doors to it in the Near Future!

Any Question Feel Free! Hopefully I Have a Answer.

Immensely helpful Inferno. Just wanted to check to make sure I found the same parts you used (My part numbers for the motor and belt didn't have the last characters that yours had).

I'm guessing you got the 1/2" shaft on your MM?

Does the motor you got require wiring, or is the power plug built into it?

Yes I did get the 1/2" Shaft on My MM.

Yes, The Motor Does Require Wiring. It Is just the motor you have to Run your own wire into it and everything. On the Sticker on the Motor it will tell you how to wire it to get it to go CW or CCW. That will depend which way you Mount it.

How did you attach the pulleys to the shafts? From the picture on the grainger site it looks like there is a tightening screw that you just screw into the shaft?

I'm looking to do something similar. The only thing I'd probably change is the belt. Get one of those v-link belts, infinitely adjustable and won't "take a set". Have them on my table saw and jointer.
