12 lbs 8.0 oz Pale Malt (2 Row)
2 lbs Honey Malt

8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L
1.00 oz Centennial 60.0 min
Mash Steps
Mash In Add 24.74 qt of water at 168.7 F 150.0 F 60 min

Fly sparge with 5.05 gal water at 168.0 F
To achieve boil volume of 7.76 gal

1 lbs 4.0 oz Sugar
2.00 oz Nugget 60.0 min Hop
1.00 oz Centennial 20.0 min
1.00 Items Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15.0 mins)

Dry Hop (7 days still in Primary at 67.0 F)

There are a couple suggestions I'd make, but keep in mind this is based on my taste! 2 pounds of honey malt seems like a lot in any beer, but that is a ton for an IPA. Honey malt lends a lot of malt sweetness to a beer, and I think the amounts you've got here will be overpowering. I'd scale it back to a half pound tops and see if you like that first before I'd consider adding more.

I'd also replace the Saaz with another American hop, maybe Simcoe. The Saaz will likely be overpowered by the more intense American hop varieties you're using, and I don't think it'll contribute much to your beer.

I'd also consider bumping the dry hop up another oz or two!
