My HERMS is HERMING

Finally got to Lowe's to buy the remaining plumbing neccessities. It is a 6 - 7 gallon stovetop design that I put together for about $250.00. My chiller was insufficient and I lost 1/2 gallon of 200+ degree wort. Glad I put that valve in. Hopefully this will help with the chill haze issues that I have been having.

How long does it take for a stove top version of a herms for a normal sized (~5%) batch?

About 3 hours for a batch. 15 min to heat to strike temp, 90 to mash, 15 to sparge, 60 to boil.
