I have made a video of a full brew day that shows many of the low oxygen techniques. But this is not just a low oxygen video. I made it to document my process and equipment in the hopes that we can discuss and learn from each other. Also, newer brewers can see a lot of things that are talked about in motion. It is long but it is easy to skip around etc...
I also do a single decoction which am quite happy with from an execution point of view. It is easy to do. I will see if any flavor benefits come about from the endeavor once the beer is on tap.
