Made of 1 inch thick wall insulation..battery powered a\c t-stat, and a computer fan to circulate cold air across frozen water bottles... I just load the bottles through a door on the outside of the box... I monitor the temps with a temp probe through the box and taped to the fermentor.. Built for no cost :mug:

Holds temp pretty well... I have to change out 1 large frozen water bottle twice a day. Once in the morn., and again before bed. Better than the old swamper. I'll be gettin a used fridge soon... It's just temporary until then..

Bastard posts something about a ghetto ferm chamber to show off his shiny conical... ...adding you to the list.

Seriously though, I'm jealous!:mug:

Man say it be ghetto, then damnit, it be ghetto!!!

Ghetto Fabulous that is.

You going to keep the chamber and use the fridge to chill the chamber? Maybe keep fridge working and vent some air into chamber to keep it at desired temp?

Killer little ferm chamber! Nice work, even if you think it is ghetto. You should add a bead curtain and really make it ghetto!
