So i have a cyser going with wyeast sweet mead. I did:

5gal apple juice
5lb honey
1qt cherry juice

Had about a .075 og

After two weeks i added a half pound of cherries, things kicked up again and now at 4.5 weeks I've been hanging at .010 for about a week, and it's slightly cloudy in the carboy but looks clear in a glass after a reading (it's delicious, i have to steal some each time)

What about bottling? Should i wait to see if it dries out some more, or should I get ready for bottling soon? I'm thinking I'm going to prime with about a half cup of corn sugar to be on the safer side.

If you've got a thick layer of lees (sediment) or if it's still on the fruit, you might want to rack (siphon) to secondary. It's pretty close to being done though, so before you rack, take SG readings; you'll need 3 readings, over 3 or 4 days. If the SG doesn't change during that time, I'd go ahead & rack. It'll clear more in secondary. When it's clear enough to read a newspaper thru the carbouy of cyser, then you can either rack again & bulk age, or prime & bottle.
Regards, GF.
