My first FG

Took the FG of my first Pale ale, .002 off, but I think thats ok.

I also took a sip from the cylinder... didn't taste half bad. I could taste some off flavors but I will bottle tomorrow. It was in a primary for 7 days, secondary for 14 days.

The final gravity 'target' is really just a prediction - it depends on so many variables. Congrats on your first pale ale!
