My First Batch

Well done ... nice clarity ... what type of beer?

It is a muntons extract pilsner kit, I threw away the directions that came with the kit and used info from here and help from my local home brewing shop for the finished product. Extract kits are simple but I love the idea of any DIY project. For me it was a great way to get started but I am already thinking about getting more creative!

that looks good! nice work im finding now that directions that come with kits are just a mere base line and should not be followed 100% to the T because things change

Thanks!, I'm really surprised that it turned out looking like that b/c it looked really dark in the glass carboy.
