My First Batch

Here is a pic of my first brew from a few weeks ago. It is an IPA. It's a bit cloudy. I didn't use Irish Moss and also didn't let it settle long enough for the yeast to clean up. It is tasty nonetheless and has gotten better over the last few weeks.

I just bottled my second batch, a hef, last weekend. I am brewing my 3rd batch this weekend and am thinking of doing another IPA. I am considering attempting a clone of an IPA I tried recently from a local brewery, Black Raven.

There are many worse things than a bit of cloudiness. Glad it turned out!

ummmmm yes looks just as my first pale ale looked. more of an amber ale, but it was awsome. didnt last long and my second batch is far an between since i now have friends that like home brew.. lol
another batch in the fermenter and getting ingredients for another batch this weekend.
