Myself and a coworker decided to make an imperial stout, and add some irish cream essence to the bottling bucket. We want to have this for Christmas gifts, and we took some time and came up with this.

I would also like to try adding some Irish Cream Essence to a stout and just want to know how it turned out? How much did you add, I'm assuming a 5 gallon batch?
