My new top tier brew rig. The top pic is where my March 809 pump is and the bracket above is for mounting my plate chiller. I set it up as a 3 tier system, so I can use gravity to help move everything along. The pump is there to help pump the wort through the chiller, plus if in the future, I change it around, I do not have to worry about using gravity. The top kettle will be getting a sight glass so I do not have to climb up to fill it, I can pump the water up there with the pump and see how much is there. Any thoughts on what I can do to make it work more efficient. I have not used it yet, but hopefully on Easter I will break it in.
