Hi, this my 2nd brew, the 1st brew turn out fairly good. It was a bit heavy on the carbonation. on my 2nd brew I bought sugar pills thinking it would be actuate in carbonation. 96 hours or 4 days the sugar pills have not dissolved, they kind of soft. I made the my 2nd brew same has the 1st. both brew's are coopers wheat brews. What ops do I have, thanks..

3 weeks at 70 degrees F for bottle conditioning. Then chill a bottle for a couple of days and try one. If not fully carbonated, wait a week and test another. etc.

Don't use those pills. They are worthless in my opinion. Also, I have heard that the cooper's kits are not top quality. Midwest makes some good kits. If you have a homebrew shop nearby, go in there and bring a sample. Hopefully they can help too

I have a thomas coopers wheat beer fermenting atm. I used 700 gram of dextrose and 1lb of lme. I am dry hopping with some saaz and i'm going to bottle this weekend. Did you find that your fermentation was vigorous and long lasting? I used wyeast czech pills with no starter.

I would use a priming calculator to find out how much dextrose is needed and then gently stir the dextrose in with the brew. I did that with my last AG stout and the carbonation was consistent.

It has been 6 days and priming sugar pills have not dissolved. The sugar pills look soft, I open 1 bottle and soon as the pop the top it stated foam vary strong. I tasted it, like flat beer and vary lite carbonation. Should I keep the beer at fermenting at tempter between 65-70f or though it out..

Yeah probably. You don't really have any other options. Use dextrose next time and a calculator as described above. Sometimes we all have to learn a lesson the hard way. Sorry pal
