I would like to thank everyone here. Especially anyone that has helped my through noobness. I just made the jump to kegging and kegged my Dubbel and my Strong Scotch Ale today. Force carbed them both.

So I just tasted them both and I am blown away. The scotch ale is good but the dubbel has so many wonderful flavors and is outstanding.

So thank you all for all your wonderful help with everything. All of your help has really made the difference and helped me make wonderful beer.

Belgians ales can make you like alot more of an impressive brewer than you are because of their complex flavors from relatively simple grain bills - probably why I like them so much - but they are difficult to master. Keep it up
