Going to brew a Munich Helles this next weekend and I need to verify my water additions.

This is based on Biermunchers Helles Belles recipe.

I think I need to get my Cl to SO4 ratio up a bit but otherwise it looks ok to me.

Starting Water (ppm):
Ca: 43
Mg: 19
Na: 27
Cl: 42
SO4: 9
CaCO3: 161

Mash / Sparge Vol (gal): 5 / 0
Dilution Rate: 0%

Adjustments (grams) Mash / Boil Kettle:
CaCO3: 0 / 0
CaSO4: 2 / 0
CaCl2: 1 / 0
MgSO4: 1 / 0
NaHCO3: 0 / 0
NaCl: 0 / 0
HCL Acid: 0 / 0
Lactic Acid: 4 / 0

Mash Water / Total water (ppm):
Ca: 81 / 81
Mg: 24 / 24
Na: 27 / 27
Cl: 67 / 67
SO4: 89 / 89
CaCO3: 161 / 161

RA (mash only): -36 (2 to 7 SRM)
Cl to SO4 (total water): 0.76 (Bitter)

Got another question on my water results. Should I cut my water by 50% using RO water to get some of my levels closer to 0?
