I have 3 pounds of Munich LME and 5 pounds of Marris Otter grain, as well as some other assorted specialty malts. Can anyone suggest a recipe?
This would be a partial mash.

I was thinking about a bock beer but I am not sure this is to style.

Thanks!

I have about 6 ounces of cascade and an ounce each of hallertauer , wilamette and ek goldings.

Yeast on hand is londonale 1028, us05, us04 and safale 34/70. I was thinking of doing a lager.

But the Lhbs is close. So I could pick up whatever is needed.

A northern english ale (Newcastle for example) would be a good match. Add a little chocolate malt, maybe a bit of crystal, along with the Hallertauer or Goldings and the 1028 yeast, you are to style.

I am going for the bock (or maibock) with Marris Otter, Munich, Hallertauer and a nice 34/70 yeast cake.

Cheers!
