How come no one seems to ever use it? Tons of recipes calling for a bit of Munich 10L, but rarely do I ever see Munich 20L used. Thoughts?

I've used it in Porters and Bocks before, but I don't usually like the extra color it adds. That's really the only difference between the two in my opinion.

I really do not understand it. I have been using it in a lot of recipes lately. I can tell you that the Dark Munich we carry is by far the best tasting grain when eaten that we carry. I have tried them all and nothing is as good as the Dark Munich.

I use it a lot. Munich Dark is part of my house Amber Ale.

Made a dark lager last year that was mostly Munich Dark. That was a tasty one! Need to make that one again.
