Anyone ever used these hops together? I am brewing a pale ale this weekend and have these in my freezer?

I'd go centennial only, centennial bittering with mix of centennial/cascade flavor and aroma, or cascade only for a pale ale. Mt. Hood and the 2 C hops wouldn't be bad, but wouldn't be the best use of either. Save the Mt. Hoods for something "European" unless you want to do something with only them to feature it without the American flavor hops.

I use Mt Hood with the C's all the time.
Typically use it after flame-out, during the hop stand.

Make sure you get fresh hops, as they don't store well.

My IPA is exactly like pdxal. Haven't had much experience with Mt. Hood so no help there.
