Tasting Notes
Light and crisp with soft fruit and citurs in the after taste.
Excellent summer beer with noble hops up front and aftertaste reminiscent of peaches, grapefruit, and iced tea.

This beer definitely benefits from a cold crash.

This recipe just won 2nd place at the Oregon State Fair, category 6B. Combined score of 43. Really excited about this.

Hey my man, just racked this over into the secondary, tell me what was your FG? Just want to see how close I got it. I hit your O.G. dead on, just not sure the FG im shooting for. Thanks!!

I've been between 1.011-1.014 depending on the OG. I always hit is exactly the same though. If I missed one point on OG I miss it again in FG.
