So I was thrift store shopping for a large stock pot for gallon brews of wine and found a Mr Beer instead. The only problem is it is missing this part... http://www.mrbeer.com/product-exec/product_id/858/nm/Locking_Spigot_Assembly1 (the spigot)
Which makes me wonder considering what I now own, what modifications would you make for a wine primary. IE, is there anyway to improve it or should I just buy a replacement spigot. I am going to use glass jugs for the secondary, so this is only a primary fermenter.
Oh yah... I got it for one dollar!!!

I'm using it for a primary for wine. I might use it for small batches of cider but mostly wine. So basically if you could modify it specifically for wine, would you do anything to it, or just leave it as is. I realize a bucket is not a complex object, but anything can be improved.
