Moving to Secondary, want to bottle a few?

I have a pilsner in the primary right now and I got access to one of my X-mas gifts(a 6 gal carboy), so I think I am going to sanitize and move it into the carboy with some aroma hops.

But I was also thinking about maybe filling up two 22oz bottles to let them carb. I have some carbonation tabs. should I do it?
