I looked for this but couldn't find any info. While fermenting is it ok to have some movement??? I use my counter in the laundry room to ferment and I went in the other day and noticed when the washer is in the spin cycle it shakes the cabinet and counter. Is that bad???

All good. I assume you're in a bucket... If you had a glass carboy, you'd see that during fermentation, things are moving around A LOT in there during active ferment. So I wouldn't worry one bit.

The only thing that I'd say is that prior to transferring to secondary/keg/bottles, you want several days undisturbed to allow everything to settle nicely, to reduce sediment pickup in your final packaging.
