Hi,
I bought a jar of Amber Malt from Brewmaster. I used half of it 6 weeks ago.
The other half has what looks like a mould on it. White dusty specs.
Is this mould or yeast? Can I still use it?
If I boil it to kill the mould, will it make it useless?
Any suggestions please!
