Took the day off from work yesterday to brew! Got to try out my 10 gallon round cooler MLT with a B3 false bottom as well as my new barley crusher and everything was great.
The day started at 8AM milling grain for the Belgian Wit and preparing all the equipment. Fast forward to 10PM. All in all when the day was over I brewed a Belgian Wit, Belgian Tripple, Transferred another batch to the secondary, and cleaned 3 cases of 22 oz bottles (1/2 of which I didnt clean when I last used them 2 years ago).
The good...got a lot taken care of
The bad... cleaning bottles
The worst... carrying all that damn water nice and high to sparge
Lesson learned I AM BUYING A PUMP
