Mother of a mistake

I left a batch of blackberry cider in the fermentor too long. Soured so bad I burned my throat tasting it! After draining the bucket, I popped the lid and there was a huge vinegar mother. I had just dumped 4 gallons of organic, blackberry vinegar! Could have made a small fortune selling it in tiny bottles to the Portland hipsters.

Aye mate that is some sad news indeed, But here's what I say, good judgement comes from experience, and that experience comes from bad judgement, better luck in the future!
