So I brewed an american wheat beer yesterday, all-grain and S0-5 dry yeast. I only pitched the yeast 24 hours ago and the Krausen has mostly fallen already! There is still a good yeast clump / colony floating and the airlock is going crazy, but I can't believe this much has already fallen. And you can see yeast clumps floating up and then falling down.

Anyone else notice this?
