Don't know if this belongs more here or in the yeast section. If I cold crash my ale (which is in secondary) prior to bottling, do I need to add more yeast before I bottle? i.e does the cold crash cause enough yeast to settle out that there is not enough to carbonate?

Why would ya want to cold crash unless you are kegging! Just curious cuz I bottle and I don't understand why you would want to put those yeast to sleep

No, you'll be fine. I do it all the time.

I cold crash before bottling to clarify my beer, afterwards I bottle a crystal clear beer with no carbonation issues.
