Hello all, new brewer in Tucson here. I just bottled my first brew, a pumpkin ale, and I am hoping it is good to go for Thanksgiving.
I have previously made mead once and it came out great. That was about 5 years ago and I haven't used my equipment since.
Of course I have already planned my next couple batches and hope to check out the local HB club.
I guess that's a good enough introduction, happy brewin'.
