If I remember correctly, and you look at their catalogue, the even hint that this is a Chinese built product in respect to their 'American made' more expensive one.

I don't have a problem with it being made in china but don't buy it 15$ market as your specially engineered product and sell it for 60$.
 
Too late now but thats the same one i sell for $38.

Is it the same? The morebeer one claims to have a new non-linear SG scale that throws off most dual scale refractometers. I think I have the same one that you carry (looks the same and has same bag) and the SG scale is not accurate.

The problem isn't non-linearity but rather fundamental differences in how refraction and density are measurable. If MoreBeer is claiming that their SG scale is accurate but everyone else's is wrong, they're confused.
