More Beer Controller

Any experiences with this controller? I am looking to build a simple 240v, single element, kettle-mounted system.

Hahaha! The dial goes to 11! That's hilarious!

Labeling the dial seems a bit redundant if there is a duty cycle display on there. But, at least it goes to 11.

That controller appears to be well designed for boil control, and if that's all you want to do it will serve well. If you are also thinking about controlling temperature during a recirculated mash, it's not suitable for that.

Just brew control. I want to keep my system as close as possible to what I do now. Not looking to get into pumps yet.
