Monster Brew

Hello fellow Brewers,

I am new to brewing and I received my first Home Brew kit a few weeks ago and my brew is in the bottles and I cannot wait to try it.

My question is: Has anyone every had any issues with Monsterbrew.com? I ordered another ingredient kit on September 17th and I still have not received my order. They sent me an email asking how everything was on the 28th and then another email stating that the kit was on back order and they tried to contact me on the 18th letting me know this. I never received any notification or any kind of contact from them. I finally sent them another email asking where the heck my stuff was and they said they were shipping it and attaching a tracking number. This was 4 days ago and I still have not received a tracking number.

I was really excited about this order and I am really upset it hasn't arrived yet. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Is it possible that some of their emails are going to your spam folder?

I used to order a lot from Monster but the shipping was super slow and I didn't like the selection one bit. I now order most of my stuff from Midwest Supplies. Also, if you order something from them they will include a free DVD on beer and wine making, I watched it and it's actually not that bad considering its free.

Nope, I constantly check both inbox and spam folder. I think I am going to have to call them and just ask for a refund. I'm tired of waiting and I want to brew my next batch. I'm just really disappointed
