Mold ??

How can you tell if it is mold or something else floating on top in carboy ? It looks like if I move it around it would dissipate ?

Looks like yeast rafts. They would have tiny bubbles around them. Otherwise just keep an eye on it. Should be fine!

Never toss a beer until you've tasted it and it's awful. Even then, ageing it sometimes fixes the flavor.
