I used to home brew a few years ago. Recently I’ve decided to try kombucha. I bought a scoby off of Amazon and tried a batch. Ambient temp was 68 to 70F (too cold?) and my pH strips came in late, so the pH may have been a little high for a day or two until I added some vinegar.
It currently looks gross, but I don’t know if it is normal gross or bad gross. Can anyone provide input? I would appreciate the help. Thank you, Brian
