Appreciate the advice!

I have my second batch and everything looks and smells good, except the Scoby looks different than before.

Spent a good amount of time looking at photos of mold versus normal fermentation and they look pretty similar, unless it's an extreme case (to my newbie eyes).

Thoughts and tips welcomed. The tea looks good and smells good (tastes in process).

Perfect!! Just didn't notice the discoloration...


Looks like "ish" to me ha ha....
