Tasting Notes
Very smooth, easy drinking beer with amazing grapefruit flavor.
After 5 years of home brewing, this is probably my best Pale ale with modest amount of hops.

Grist:
1) Pale Malt (Weyermann) 10lbl ---------92.8%
2) Vienna Malt (Weyermann) 0.55lbl ----5.1%
3) CHÂTEAU CARA RUBY® 0.22lbl ------2.0%

Hops:
1) Magnum 10.5% 0.2O oz @ 60min
2) Amarillo 9.2% 0.35 oz @ 10min
3) Centennial 10% 0.35 oz @ 10min
4) Amarillo 9.2% 0.5 oz Steep/Whirlpool 30min
5) Centennial 10% 0.5 oz Steep/Whirlpool 30min
6) Simcoe 13% 0.5 oz Steep/Whirlpool 30min

Mash In Add 5.00 gal of water at 148F 75 min + 4g Gypsum
Sparge with 6.0 gal water at 168 C
