Hello from the frozen midwest!! Just wanted to introduce myself. Im a bridge construction superintendent from central Mn. Ive been brewing now for just over a year with lots of success, and a few failures. I started out brewing extract batches(4), then quickly went to all grain. I just want to thank everyone on this forum for all the wonderful tips and advise. It sure makes brewing fun and enjoyable when there is so much info at our fingertips!!
