Mmmmmm Sierra Nevada clone.

Just cracked into my second bottle. I tried the first one after a month in the bottle, it was ok but very bitter and really not that good. Fast forward one month and this beer is awesome! It has a good creamy head, lots of carbonation and the flavor is outstanding! Just goes to show that patience is key in our hobby.

Yes it is out of the clone brews book. Let me work on that link/recipe.

I cracked open the first bottle of my SN PA clone last night and unfortunately it isn't ready yet. The flavor is good but the carbonation isn't there yet, will wait another week and check back in.

I might try this one. I still drink some SNPA when I feel like a little less hops than an IPA.
