MLT Screen/Filter Question

This weekend I go AG. I've built a Rubbermaid 10g MLT, and actually have a 1/2" system vs. the 3/8" listed build.

That allowed me to install a slightly modifided Kettle Screen, instead of the SS washing machine screen. Very similar to the old Bazooka Screen

It looks pretty awesome, but I'm a bit worried about a stuck sparge. Are the openings too big?

Any experience with this setup? I'll be batch sparging.

I don't see any problem with using that screen. The size of the screen openings should be just fine. Batch or fly sparging with this MT configuration should go smoothly. You are worrying too much! Stop doing that right now!
