MLT Questions

Well I put together another MLT today using a rectangular Igloo Extreme cooler rather than a round 5 gallon beverage cooler. After assembling all of the components and doing a leak test I discovered a small leak. After about 5 hours the cooler lost about 1 cup of water. Would this much loss justify disassembling everything and trying to locate the leak or should I leave it and deal with it?

There is only 1 place it's leaking....take your bulk head apart and make sure it's clean and tight.
