I made a 10 gallon batch of an all grain IPA. The total into the secondarys (two carboys) is a less than 10 gallons. I want to keg the beer not bottle. Both are dry hopped at this time. One carboy has less volume than the other.
Is it possible to equalize the dry hop by putting the two into one container prior to kegging? By putting all of the beer into one container, I could get a total volume and separate into kegs from there. Thoughts please.
