im pretty new at this still! ive completed 2 kits, got 2 more currently fermenting, and ive got a few questions,
firstly, ive been using coopers carbonating tablets to carbonate by bottles after fermentation, i accidentally bought 1l bottles instead of 750ml bottles, on the coopers pack, it says 1 tablet for 375ml bottles, 2 tablets for 750ml bottles, i didnt realise the bottles were 1L until i had bottled them all up! how flat are they going to be? any suggestions on what i could do?
and my main question is, ive been reading a lot of threads on various forums of people (usually from saudi) fermenting non alcoholic beer, i have found some glass bottles of non alcoholic beer in ASDA -25p per 330ml bottle, so i was thinking about buying them, and mixing 5 gallons of non alcoholic beer with a 5 gallon beer kit into one big 10 gallon batch and fermenting it all together
1) do you think this is a good idea?
2) how much sugar would i need?
3) what kind of yeast and how much of it would i need
4) is there any sort of preparation i might need to do if im doing this, i thought i might have to mix the N/A beer around to get rid of its carbonation before starting?
