Mixing batches of kegged and carbonated beer?

I have a batch of IPA that is a little too light on flavor, and one that has a stronger taste, I'd like to mix them but they are both in 5gal cornies already carbonated.

What's the best way to do this? I'm worried it'll foam all over the place when I open them up and/or start to mix them, as well as oxygenating it.

I had a similar issue this summer (over hopped IPA and under hopped IPA). I had both on tap, so I just end mixed in the glass and could vary the flavor to my taste / mood that day.

I've never done it, but you can jumper your kegs to transfer beer to a third empty keg if you have one.
