Hey have been really wanting to do some proper smoking, have messed around with wood chips and such with the standard BBQ, but have been wanting to step my game up a bit, I have a smokey joe that I use for camping and saw a bunch of people modifying it to a mini smokey mountain set up, I don't ever cook for a lot of people so it seems like a cheap perfect route for my needs, just looking for some first hand experience and tips for building one and/or reasons why I shouldn't go that route

I 2nd that I love mine walmart and lowes had everything I needed to make mine
